Renewal Forms
The Renewal form for both CBIS and CBIST is now online and can be accessed here. Completing the form requires choosing between paying the fee online with a credit card or paying with a check. Payment by credit card will direct the applicant to the Brain Injury Association of America Marketplace (a secure site); payment by check will generate a statement to accompany the payment.
As mentioned on the Renewal Process page, the Journal Article Review Form is to be completed and held in personal files when journal articles are used for CEUs.
